Movement for Life
The most important part about starting any new exercise program is the starting part. Don't worry about what kind of exercise you do, just get up and get moving. Our nervous systems function better with movement, as it stimulates more brain activity. This will keep you sharper, as well as help you retain function as you age. Everyone has a different starting point, and this means that each of our fitness journeys will be a little different. For some of you, your ailments or health problems have been keeping you from exercising, but as we work together to restore your health, you will find that your body's functional capacity will also be restored, and your ability to get moving will be restored.
