Nutrition for Life
Most people try to follow the next popular diet craze, only to fail after a few days to weeks when they find themselves either starving or out of will power. I am not going to push expensive supplements or try to sell you on a detox program, but what I will do is help you get back to eating what we are designed to eat: real, clean, healthy food.
What does this mean? Make sure that your are eating mostly vegetables, then lean, organic meats. Next, fresh fruit, and nuts/seeds. What should you avoid? All processed foods, grains, artificial sweeteners, soy, gluten, dairy, and sugars. Another important aspect of good nutrition is proper hydration. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water each day (cut your weight in half, and that's how many ounces you should have each day). Many people confuse thirst with hunger and eat when they do not need to, so next time you are feeling hungry, drink a tall glass of water and see if that helps with the hunger urge.
